We had early check in and the rooms were reasonably large with air conditioning.

The location met what was needed, it was particularly good and perfect near the train station in Kiev. Further, it was just off metro stations, Mon Cher and supermarkets, restaurants, train and metro station. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was outstanding.
